COURSES |
Besides the
enrolment form,
students need to forward the following documents by mail, fax or e-mail
to our office:
1. photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport
2. copy of the payment (50% the price of the chosen course + enrolment
fee of € 35,00)
The other 50% should be paid the second day after the beginning of the
course.
These documents should arrive at least 30 days
before the beginning of the course.

Bank and postal fees are paid by the students.
The validity of the reservation starts upon the receipt of the partial
payment.

ACCOMMODATION |
As soon as we receive the advance payment and the enrolment form, we will
send you an e-mail to confirm your reservation and we will communicate the
address of the accommodation you requested.
The rent for the flat or for the room will be made directly by the student
to the owner or to the family within the second day of his/her arrival.
As for the accommodation in a farmhouse, Bed & Breakfast, hotel and youth
hostel, the payment will be made according to the hotel keeper’s terms. |
