Palermo is full of cultural sites, thanks to its rich history. You can enjoy yourself discovering its treasures, walking with me. With my car we can also visit other wonderful places near the town.
ACCOMMODATION, FACILITIES AND LOCAL AREA
I live in a big flat in Palermo, near the most important cultural sites of the city. I host my students in a room with lots of natural light and a private bathroom.
- Degree in Italian language and literature at the University of Palermo;
- Professional Master's Programmes in "Didactics of Italian as a Foreign Language" at Ca' Foscari, University of Venice;
- 4 years of professional experience in Società Dante Alighieri Comitato di Palermo

Palermo is the regional capital of Sicily, which is the largest and most heavily populated island in the Mediterranean.The area has been under numerous dominators over the centuries, including Roman, Carthaginian, Byzantine, Greek, Arab, Norman, Swabian and Spanish. Due to this past the city is still an exotic mixture of many cultures. The old town of Palermo is one of the largest in Europe and contains many masterpieces from different periods, including romanesque, gothic, renaissance and baroque architecture as well as examples of modern art. In this city the weather is very hot in summer and in winter isn't very cold. Palermo also hosts it's rich vegetation of palm trees, prickly pears, bananas, lemon trees and the sea is fantastic.
