Buon giorno! I talk about our cooking experienceoften...with great enthusiasm...it was absolutely the best way to experience Italy...we had an incredible time...great food, great fun, and great times! I have talked to many people who haveexperienced other cooking schools and the small class and the hands-on involvementenhanced the learning and the enjoyment.We have successfully cooked for friends and family and they have all enjoyed our new knowledge! We also appreciated Alessandro allowing us togive our input into what we wanted to learn...and having the"kitchen" language....has helped understand the menus in all of Italy.
Truly, it was the highlight of my stay in Italy....and I look forward to a visit again...hopefully verysoon...but probably not until summer.....remember if you are in California orwant to come...let us know...take care and keep in touch...
