Enrolment and payment instructions

1. After carefully reading all the regulations, ENROLLMENT FORM should be completed and submitted online. The form can also be downloaded in pdf format and sent via email, post or fax;
2. Make payment of €150,00 deposit + € 35.00 enrolment fee (see following payment instructions) and forward a copy of the payment receipt via post, fax or email;
3. Forward photocopy of identity card or passport via post, fax or email.

Reggio Lingua will confirm course place and any accommodation on receiving payment, enrolment form and identity document.The complete course fee must be paid by the second day of the course

Reservation is validated upon receipt of the deposit.

Accommodation

As soon as we receive the deposit and enrollment form, we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation and we will communicate the address of the accommodation you requested.
Rent for a flat or room will be paid directly by the student to the owner or family within the second day of his/her arrival.
As for accommodation in a farmhouse, Bed & Breakfast, hotel or youth hostel, payment will be made according to the hotel keeper’s policy.
