The cooking classes were small and very personalized. Every participant had hands-on experience with each dish prepared. The morning Italian lesson was reinforced through the cooking.
And every afternoon was an adventure exploring the towns in the region.
I wish I could do it every year!!!!!
Hope that it helpful. Kathy Lynn is planning on having a reunion I thin the first weekend in November--it has taken that long to figure our a date that works for all of us.
