I hereby agree that I have read and understood the rules and policies of the school administrators.

For the purposes in 1) letter a) “to comply with legal requirements on our behalf regarding the administration, management and logistics of the courses in which you wish to enrol, including searching for accommodation” and in 1) letter b) “to provide the required services, allow for effective management of relations with clients in order to respond to requests for information, assistance, suggestions and/or specific needs you have indicated”

For the purposes in 1) letter c) “to send communications regarding services offered, newsletters and personalised news, containing materials and promotions regarding our activities and services (e.g., invitations to courses, events, trips, conferences, etc.) via traditional (telephone calls with operator) or automated (email) methods”.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA - Having read the information provided by the Data Controller pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679, the undersigned gives their consent to the processing of their personal data regarding special categories of data (i.e., data that disclose racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religion or beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or health status or sexual orientation) required to carry out operations indicated in this policy.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF IMAGES - Having read the information provided by the Data Controller pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679, the undersigned gives their consent to the processing of their personal data resulting from photographs and videos taken during the operations indicated in this policy.

Note: Students under 18 need their parent’s authorization and signature, therefore the enrollment form must be sent by mail or fax.
